Porosome Therapeutics Inc. is built on decades of discovery relating to the porosome secretory machinery, and a molecular understanding of its structure and composition and its functional reconstitution into the lipid membrane and live cells supported by over 200 publications.

Purpose

To identify and create precision medicines and high-value therapeutics that transform human health. In addition to the work in its laboratory, Porosome Therapeutics partners with global experts in the field, resulting in a rapid growth of its patent estate and new and novel additions to its drug and therapeutic pipeline.  Cystic Fibrosis, Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, COPD, Lung Cancer, and various neurological disorders are targeted for treatment.
