Al Freideman is the managing partner of AG Freideman, LLC a Tax and Accounting firm located in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Freideman has over 30 plus years of experience in senior level financial roles in both Food Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical Firms. In the past, he has worked with R&D teams on managing $500M+ drug portfolios as well as managing $50M R&D budgets and program management. Al has heavy experience in Tax, GAAP Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Turnarounds.

Mr. Freideman has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. He is a Member of The New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified Public Accountant.
